Are there any additional costs apart from rental?
Our flexible working office spaces come with just one monthly payment that covers rent and all outgoings, including water, maintenance, electricity, and cleaning.
With the first month’s rent every client also needs to pay a refundable security deposit and a one-time set up fee per person which covers the furniture, Wi-Fi connection and access card.
Can I access multiple locations with my membership?
Select membershipsand plans offer access across all our premium locations within the UAE. Workfrom Abu Dhabi or Dubai, maintaining productivity and connectivity whereveryour ambitions take you.
Can we issue or renew a trade license in your space?
Yes, you can issue or renew your license from our serviced offices and coworking offices.
All our semi-private spaces (cubicles, bubbles, and pods) and private offices come with a Tawtheeq number that allows you to apply for a trade license and legally set up your business.
We will check that your company activities are listed under the approved categories for Cloud Spaces, as provided by the Department of Economic Development.
