Our flexible working office spaces come with just one monthly payment that covers rent and all outgoings, including water, maintenance, electricity, and cleaning.

With the first month’s rent every client also needs to pay a refundable security deposit and a one-time set up fee per person which covers the furniture, Wi-Fi connection and access card.

In Yas Mall, our cubicles, pods, & private offices come with a Tawtheeq number (only applicable on yearly contracts) that allows you to apply for a trade license and legally set up your business.  

Our professional PRO support team will assist you with acquiring all the relevant licenses, paperwork and inspections, and provide you with other essential office support services such as technical assistance and admin support. We will also guide you through every step of applying for or renewing your business license, work permits and visas for all your individual employees.
